The small tree world
Bonsai has its origin from the Japanese and means small form of planting. This is considered to be a kind of art where trees is grown in pots and restores all character of the original tree. Bonsai makes the plant seem very compact and lovely for the viewer. Bonsai is made from any tree that is lasting and makes small branches. Many species with tiny leaves and branches are preferred for making a bonsai. Therefore not all kinds of plants are used for bonsai. Since this is a special art of growing trees the starting material is barely seed.
The Bonsai can be nurtured from already fully- or partial grown plant. These species then have all the elder age and also have a appearance of a tree. Once the tree grows, the leaves and stems are made tidy periodically to fit in the pot. Cuttings technique are often used for making a bonsai. In this method a piece of stem from the plant is taken and nurtured to produce roots. This technique is not very beneficial for the thick branched trees since the roots are not formed without trouble. But it is suitable for thing younger plants as the root formation is sooner.
